Minimal

I decided to go back to the basics with this post and keep it simple and minimal in a tank and skinny jeans. I'd been on the lookout for that perfect pair of distressed, ripped denim for ages to no avail and finally gave up and ripped the knees of an old pair myself. If you've found yourself in the same situation, don't be afraid to rip your own denim - all you need is a sharp pair of scissors and a bit of sandpaper to give it a distressed, worn out look.  Also, be sure to keep the rips at least half an inch away from the seam on both sides as cutting too close to the seam might compromise the fit. Happy Experimenting!

I layered a white blazer over as it is a great transition piece that can work with any outfit. I finished the look with textured snake print birkenstocks that are extremely comfortable and perfect for running errands around the city in! To me, pairing a tank or white tee with distressed denims is a classic that can be worn all year round. Agree?

Hope you like! Until the next post! Xx
