Velvet City

Never one to abandon throwback 90's trends, I decided to go all out with the velvet. If you're looking to test the waters first, add on small velvet accessories to a modern look and slowly transition to outfits with velvet accents. The velvet choker is a good resurgence piece to begin with. Even throwing a t-shirt over a dress like mine would work on toning the look down.
