The Start of Something Beautiful

I'm very pleased to announce that I'll be collaborating with designer Aneesha Jethwani for the next couple of posts. She has quite a few feathers in her cap from graduating from London College of Fashion and handling operations for Harvey Nichols to recently launching her own label called Raissa Couture. The brand seamlessly merges current fashion trends with a modern European aesthetic and aims to be a beacon of style, glamour, femininity and grace while maintaining affordability.

For this story, I'm wearing a gorgeous red floral cut out dress from the 2015 Summer collection and I must say, I'm a little obsessed! It's a far cry from the grungy looks I usually pull off but what's life without a little different, right?  What I love most about the dress is the peek-a-boo effect of the cut outs especially towards the end after the bodice ends. Since the dress has such intricate detailing, I decided to keep the accessories to a minimum and let the dress shine through.

The past month has been hectic but I'm glad things are picking up. I can't wait to share the next look with you. Until then, I hope you enjoy this one.
